What is Dise to you?
We are a great team with good cohesion, and it is always fun to come to the office. I have a job that is both fun, varied, and challenging. It involves traveling, training, customer and partner contacts, and the opportunity to work in different systems.
What motivates you in your work?
To be able to assist our partners and receive positive feedback. Also, to learn new things and develop my skills within ongoing projects. Trainings, integrations, troubleshooting... there's a lot to learn. It's also motivating to be part of the company's journey to grow and to see the network of partners and end customers becoming bigger and bigger.
Describe your role:
Being a Support Manager involves both keeping our partners happy and our team. It involves developing processes to ensure that the team assist our partners in the best possible way. This includes collaborating with the Development Department to address technical issues, identifying areas for improvement in the support system, and communicating with partners to ensure their needs are met. It also involves managing and motivating the support team.
What is your favourite innovation?
Smart home. My home is connected so I can control the music, turn on lights, and set the alarm. A fun solution that helps in everyday life.

Innovation
We constantly work with new solutions together with our partners who are specialists primarily in retail. New ideas arise all the time, either from us or from our partners. I have had the opportunity to work extensively with integrations between different APIs, which has been very educational for me. -
Fun
We are a great team with cohesion and every day brings new tasks. No day is the same. I never have any "Sunday anxiety" and it's fun to come back to the office. It's also fun to see our solutions in action with end customers, to see their responses and which solutions have become especially popular. -
Family
We care about each other. Internally, we do things together, such as after-work events, dog walks, and shared lunches. Many of us have worked here for several years, which is a sign of the enjoyable work environment. Even our partners become like family as we work very closely with each other.
