Dise is expanding and is now looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Karlstad!

The Role

As a QA Engineer at Dise, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge products and services. You will work closely with the development teams to drive continuous improvements in our processes and ensure we deliver first-class solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement quality strategies, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
• Design and execute testing methodologies, inspections, and analyses to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and relevant certifications.
• Define and monitor quality-related KPIs to continuously measure and enhance performance.
• Generate reports and present insights to management on quality successes, improvement areas, and potential risks.
• Stay up to date with QA trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative improvements.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong commitment to quality and a drive to grow. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you play an active role in improving products and processes.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Knowledge of both Linux and Windows systems.
• Previous experience working in QA teams and successfully delivering high-quality software products.
• A strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes, along with experience in developing test plans and test cases.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills – you are a mentor and collaborate effectively across teams.
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities – you can troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• A detail-oriented and structured approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
