Job description and key responsibilities
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will be managing global customers who use our enterprise best in class software platform. This will be a mix of incoming new customers and strategic key accounts in multiple territories including Europe, USA & Asia – especially as we continue to expand outside Europe and grow our recurring revenue. You will be working with global partners who sell to big brands & retailers (end users) such as Hong Kong MTR, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Volvo, L’Oréal and Lamborghini.
This role will suit an individual with experience of working as a KAM or has some sales experience that is now looking for a new opportunity.
- Grow existing customer engagement with Dise products
- Following up leads and signing new partners (team effort with Product Management)
- Support customers with best practices in use of our software platform
- Writing and presenting customer proposals and offers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Running quarterly business reviews
- Provide software guidance for customers and occasionally their end-users, share our roadmap & provide product feedback

The profile we are looking for has;
- Experience in a Key account manager role responsible for retention or similar
- Commercial understanding, experience of upselling & ensuring senior decision-makers are involved in growth opportunities
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Ambition and Drive – a self-starter who takes initiative and is extremely target driven
- Experience in sales through a partner channel is meritorious
- Fluent in English
